My son has had a few lessons with Ms. Tiffany now and she is so patient with him and you can tell she truly had a passion for what she does! She didn't ask me to post this but I just ahd to share as I know how hard it can be to find a good coach and trust someone with your baby when you don't know them.

Thank you for supporting her/training her/ and being a mentor. Her weight and body image have led us down some dark paths for several years. I worry myself sick over her being healthy in mind and body, but I hope that is all in the past. As you know when she sets her mind on something... she will not stop until she gets what she wants. lol. I have been working out and intuitively eating for about 4 years now. I was going hard at the gym everyday but wasn't seeing the results that I wanted to see. She made me realize that you don't have to do crazy diets or try to be dairy free/gluten free. I have learned with your food and your divesting that simplicity is best.
