For years I wanted to lose weight. I was stuck in a rut and my weight on the scale seemed to never budge no matter how hard I worked. From being vegan, to running half marathons, to doing cross fit, my body composition didn’t change. I was too scared to lift weights for fear of being judged by the meat heads in the gym. That all changed when I was linked up with Tiffany through the Coast Guard Academy. Hi Tiff!!
I reached a lot of achievements while being signed on with you. A little background about me before i started the program with you. I am on a permanent no running profile, I had to get iron infusions every month, I was not confident with lifting weights I had 0 knowledge of what macro counting, there is more like old injuries and after having a baby stuff but anyways. Since I signed on with you I've become more confident using weights and the knowledge of how the exercises help. I've been able to run 2 miles non-stop and my hip injury not hurt as much like it use, I was able to deadlift 240lbs and not have my hip hurt,because of the change in my eating and have been in taking more nutritional foods I don't have to get iron infusions every month like I use to now it's either every 6 months and if my iron levels stay the same and not drop i don't have to get any infusions which is awesome! I'm more knowledgeable about the foods that I eat and what my body needs. I have a lot more energy and I like that i never felt pressured or like I wasn't making the cut that I was able to do it at my own pace and you were still able to guide and coach me. I enjoyed the program that you made for me and appreciate all the time you spent on me, answering my questions and sending me information to improve on sleep, nutrition and form when doing exercises. The feedback and encouragement you gave is priceless, your motivation pushed me to a new height i never thought i'd reach. Thank you for your support, motivation and encouragement, You Rock!! :)

Where should I start? Prior to having Tiffany’s guidance I had a really bad relationship with food. I would eat bare minimal which in turn shut down my metabolism (she thought me all of this), I thought that was the only way to “maintain” a some what decent physical look. Boy was I wrong, I remember every time I had food that wasn’t in my usual daily routine I would balloon and gain weight instantly! She gave me a set of macros that at first I thought was a surreal amount of food and I honestly struggled to eat all that food at first. Long story short, I was sure I was going to gain weight but the complete opposite happen when the weight started to melt off like no ones business!! I dropped 21pounds in two months!!! Did I mention I did ZERO cardio I repeat ZERO cardio that entire time! She guided me the entire way and got my metabolism up and running again, Tiffany showed me how to enjoy food again and maintain a sustainable way of life (diet). Completely changed my life!

After Before
I have been working out and intuitively eating for about 4 years now. I was going hard at the gym everyday but wasn't seeing the results that I wanted to see. I was getting frustrated and wanted A CHANGE. I heard about Tiffany through facebook post and knew right then that I needed her as my trainer. I reached out to her this past May and it was THE BEST decision I have ever made in my life. I have learned so much from her and didn't realize how simple dieting can be when tracking your macros. She made me realize that you don't have to do crazy diets or try to be dairy free/gluten free. I have learned with your food and your divesting that simplicity is best. She has made me feel better than I've ever felt in my life and I thank her everyday for that!!

I started working with Coach Tiffany 17 weeks ago and it was the best decision I could have made! I have been working with a personal trainer who is a former male body-builder (IFBB Pro) and he is great! However, he has a very “old-school” approach to the diet & lifestyle for a competitor, i.e. set meals, set times to eat, 1 cheat meal a week, and very rigid. It just wasn’t going to work for me in the long run if I wanted to sustain this. Then I met and started working with Tiffany!!! My body, strength, and mindset changed after a week. I felt great, I was eating what I wanted (if it fit my macros), and my strength was crazy. I am not at the end of my bulk and will be starting my competion cut at the beginning of August. I have very bit of faith in Tiffany and myself that we will work together to get me where I need to be! She is very thorough, knowledgable, and helpful with all aspects of these programs. First off, let me say this: TIFFANY IS A BOSS! Not only does she help
you with a customized program, but she is also a competitor! To be
able to handle the stress of your own prep and also guide clients
through their prep/transformation takes a special person. For my first
show, I really struggled with fat loss. I had low energy on no-carb
days and I felt like I made no progress. Luckily, I met Tiffany and
she was able to transform my body with the short period of time we
worked together. In 4 weeks, I was able to lose about 10lbs! Isn't
that crazy?! She always kept me updated with my macro goals and
coached me with posing. She was even there on show day, helping to
glue my suit and fix my tan. Tiffany, thank you for everything! You've
made me more educated with my nutrition and future contest prep!
